We read through your submission and assess whether your situation falls within our areas of expertise. This typically takes one to two business days.

We confirm — or let you know
If we can help, we'll reply by email to confirm your consultation and send a Calendly link to schedule a time that works for you. If your case falls outside our expertise, we'll let you know promptly — no fee is charged.

Payment and consultation
Once your appointment is scheduled, the $150 + 15% HST consultation fee is issued. During the session, we'll review your options, answer your questions, and outline clear next steps.

Written retainer (if proceeding)
If you choose to engage us for further services, all fees and scope of work are set out in a written retainer agreement before any work begins.
